1. Prediction Machines
Prediction Machines is a customer-facing trade name operated by Rainbow Packaging Corporation. In these Terms, “Prediction Machines,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Rainbow Packaging Corporation doing business as Prediction Machines.
Prediction Machines has its own dedicated team, brand, domain, products, customers, and customer experience. It was born in the Charleston AI Lab, was incubated by Charleston AI, and operates from the Charleston AI facility as an incubator tenant.
These Terms and Conditions apply when you use prediction-machines.com, contact us, or participate in the Prediction Machines SMS Program.
2. Website and inquiries
Website material is provided for general information and does not create a service commitment. A request, configurator result, conversation, or estimate is not a binding order unless the parties accept a separate proposal, order, or service agreement.
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material.
3. Services, deliveries, and payment
Prediction Machines sells defined streams of deliverables. Each accepted proposal or order should specify the artifact, cadence, destination, acceptance requirements, and price. If these Terms conflict with an accepted written order or service agreement, that specific agreement controls for the conflict.
Rainbow Packaging Corporation is the legal operator and contracting and invoicing entity for Prediction Machines. Applicable invoices, proposals, or orders state the payment terms for the purchased deliverables.
4. Prediction Machines SMS Program
The Prediction Machines SMS Program sends messages you request or affirmatively agree to receive. Depending on your consent, messages may include responses to inquiries, scheduling and workshop reminders, requested delivery-plan information, service or delivery updates, and customer support.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Promotional messages, if offered, require separate express written consent for that specific purpose. Consent to one message subject does not authorize another.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any Prediction Machines text to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation message. After that confirmation, we will not send further messages under that consent unless you opt in again.

Delivery
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.
5. Consent and privacy
SMS consent is voluntary and authorizes messages only from Rainbow Packaging Corporation doing business as Prediction Machines for the subject described at opt-in. It is not transferable to Charleston AI, another Rainbow Packaging Corporation trade name, or any other party.
Our handling of personal and mobile information is described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data or consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The website's branding, design, and original content are owned by or licensed to Prediction Machines and may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law. Rights in customer deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal, order, or service agreement.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Prediction Machines disclaims warranties not expressly stated in an accepted written agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
