This policy explains how Prediction Machines handles information provided through our website, conversations, services, and messaging program.

1. Who we are

Prediction Machines is a customer-facing trade name operated by Rainbow Packaging Corporation. In this policy, “Prediction Machines,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Rainbow Packaging Corporation doing business as Prediction Machines.

Prediction Machines has its own dedicated team, brand, domain, products, customers, and customer experience. It was born in the Charleston AI Lab and operates from the Charleston AI facility as an incubator tenant. Charleston AI provides our incubator facility and its verified local presence.

2. Information we collect

We may collect information that you provide directly, including:

  • name, company, email address, phone number, and mailing address;
  • questions, requested deliverables, delivery specifications, and support messages;
  • billing and transaction information needed to administer a purchase;
  • communication preferences and records of SMS consent or opt-out requests.

We may also receive basic technical information when you use the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, and site activity.

Website delivery requests are stored in our protected business lead system. Only authenticated, authorized operators may access that operating surface.

If you use the website's AI assistant, we collect the messages you submit and the assistant's replies so the conversation can continue. Chat is not added to the Lead Desk unless you separately submit the delivery-request form or review and confirm a follow-up request presented by the assistant.

3. How we use information

  • respond to inquiries and prepare requested delivery plans;
  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve services;
  • schedule conversations, workshops, and requested follow-up;
  • send transactional or informational messages you requested or consented to receive;
  • administer billing, records, security, and legal compliance;
  • honor communication preferences, HELP requests, and opt-outs.

4. AI website assistant

Our website assistant uses OpenAI's Responses API. Messages you send through chat are transmitted to OpenAI to generate a response and maintain ordinary conversation continuity. OpenAI may retain API conversation state under its then-current data controls. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models unless the API customer affirmatively opts in.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive personal data through chat. The assistant may be inaccurate and does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

When you ask for an appointment, quote, callback, or other follow-up, the assistant may prepare a review card using the contact details and request you provided. Nothing is added to the Lead Desk until you choose “Save to Lead Desk.” Saving a request does not authorize text messages and does not guarantee an appointment time.

5. Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile information, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent authorizes messages only from Rainbow Packaging Corporation doing business as Prediction Machines for the specific message subject described when you opted in. It does not authorize messages from Charleston AI or another Rainbow Packaging Corporation trade name.

We may use service providers, including communications and infrastructure providers, solely to operate services and deliver communications on our behalf. They may process information only for those operational purposes and not for their own marketing.

6. When information may be disclosed

We may disclose information:

  • to service providers that perform hosting, communications, billing, security, or support functions for us;
  • when you direct or authorize the disclosure;
  • to comply with law, legal process, or a valid governmental request;
  • to protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of our services;
  • in connection with a legitimate business transaction, subject to applicable safeguards.

The mobile-information restriction above continues to apply: SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for third-party or affiliate marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain consent records, complete billing, resolve disputes, and meet legal or operational obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may decline SMS consent without affecting your ability to purchase services. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts or HELP for assistance. You may also call us at (843) 806-0978.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping.

9. Children

Our business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
